Government Taxes

All prices in Australian dollars and include 10% GST (Australian Government Goods and Services Tax).

Product Delivery

Products despatched by overnight courier (in Australia) or airmail (overseas) on receipt of faxed, mailed or emailed order form.

Annual Updates

The program(s) purchased will automatically expire twelve months from date of delivery.  Career Solutions update their products annually with new features and/or content and the new updated program is automatically despatched to the customer prior to the current program expiring.  There is no obligation for customers to continue with the program.  Customers may lapse their annual update by notifying Career Solutions prior to despatch of annual update, and resume at a later stage at the annual update cost only. 

Single License Copy

The program can only be used on one computer at a time, but it can be deinstalled and reinstalled to another computer at the same 'site'.

Site/Network Copy

The program can be loaded onto a network and/or any number of stand alone computers at the one 'site' address.

User License Copy

The program can be accessed by the maximum number of users allowed (purchased) at any one time, at the one 'site' address. 

New Directions and CareerMate  Counsellor Training

A two day practical training course (including the counselling of clients) for one or two counsellors is included in the price of New Directions and CareerMate, if training is conducted in a capital/major city (Adelaide, Auckland, Brisbane, Canberra, Christchurch, Darwin, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney, Wellington).  If training is not in one of these cities, add the price of travel to and from the closest capital/major city, plus accommodation, for the trainer.  Training is typically conducted on customer premises, but may be conducted in conjunction with other customers at other sites.

Short-term User Licenses

Career Builder, Career Builder^Plus and WinWork Resume Builder are also available for short-term licenses for the purpose of off-site training.  Please enquire directly with Career Solutions for special pricing and licensing arrangements.
